Delete your Zodikin account

Draft. This page is a working draft for legal review and is not yet in force. It will be finalised before Zodikin launches.

In the game

Open Settings and choose Delete account. You’ll be asked to confirm. Your account and its data are then deleted.

Without the app

If you’ve uninstalled Zodikin, you can request deletion here. The request form opens when Zodikin launches. You’ll need your player id, shown in Settings as a code like ZK-7F3K2Q.

What is deleted

Your account, game progress, chat messages and support tickets. Purchase records the law requires us to keep are retained for that period only.
